I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which provided spacious and comfortable rooms along with friendly service. The location in the beautiful Languedoc countryside is a major plus, making it feel like a hidden gem. However, the dining experience could have been quieter and offered better breakfast options. Overall, it was great value for money, especially since the surroundings were so picturesque and relaxing.

The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, featuring a huge bed, a large desk, and even a fridge stocked with complimentary wine. I really enjoyed the free Wi-Fi too!

The staff were always friendly and really made an effort to respond to our needs. I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived.
Location

The hotel is set right in the heart of the Languedoc countryside, only 45 minutes from Carcassonne. It was peaceful and beautiful, making it a great spot to unwind.
Dining

While the dining was decent, the breakfast could have been improved with fewer crowds and more varied options. The juice machine was a bit loud and outdated, which was a little distracting.

The hotel featured great facilities, but I didn’t have the chance to use everything. The pool area looked nice and well-kept, perfect for a summer day.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying spacious rooms equipped with quality amenities and a lovely view of the grounds. The location is ideal for anyone interested in wine tasting, with great beaches nearby. However, the dining experience fell a bit short, being pricey and not as enjoyable due to the noise levels. Overall, it’s a beautiful spot to relax and appreciate the peaceful surroundings, but the dining aspect could definitely be improved.

This hotel is nestled in beautiful vineyards, offering a peaceful atmosphere that's perfect for wine lovers. It's also a short trip to some fantastic beaches, making it a superb location for a vacation.
Dining

Dining was okay but quite overpriced at 22 euros each. The noise levels were distracting, and there were hiccups with the coffee machine, which took away from the overall experience.

The hotel features lovely grounds that are enjoyable to explore, but there wasn't much mentioned regarding additional facilities.

My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was beautiful, surrounded by vineyards, and the breakfast was outstanding with plenty of options. However, I found the rooms to be a bit tired and in need of some repair. The service was generally friendly, though the restaurant staff could be a little stiff. Overall, it’s a good value for the price, but there's room for improvement.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice, though a bit small and could use some charm. The location is fantastic, surrounded by vineyards and close to my favorite restaurant. The service was friendly, but a little chaotic at times. Dining options were decent, especially the breakfast, but the pool area was just okay—would have liked it to be bigger.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were beautifully designed but a bit small for my taste. They had nice facilities and an ensuite, though.
Service

The staff were friendly and welcoming, but there were a couple of awkward moments, especially with the new chef spilling wine everywhere.

6.8/10

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is beautifully surrounded by vineyards. The rooms were clean and had a lovely touch with complimentary wine, though a few amenities were missing. The location was peaceful, perfect for wine tasting trips, but it's a bit isolated from nearby attractions. Service was generally accommodating, but there were some hiccups in the restaurant. Overall, it was a nice retreat, but not without a few drawbacks.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean and well-appointed, although mine had a leaking aircon which the staff fixed promptly. They were a decent size, but I found it a bit sterile and lacking in amenities like a fridge and coffee-making facilities. Still, the complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely touch!
Service
6.0
Service was generally helpful, but I felt the restaurant staff could be a bit snooty at times. There was some inconsistency—our room was forgotten by the cleaners after the second day, which was disappointing. Room service and other assistance were good, though.
Location
8.0
The location is gorgeous, nestled in the vineyards which is perfect for a quiet getaway. It's a bit isolated, being far from the main attractions, but it's only 45 minutes from Carcassonne and near our favorite restaurant at Narbonne-Plage.
Dining
7.0
Dining was a mixed bag. The breakfast was a good value at €14 with a great selection, but I did find some offerings overpriced. Overall, I enjoyed the meals but felt some items could be better priced.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were decent, but nothing stood out that would make it feel luxurious. It would have been nice to have more amenities available, especially for longer stays.
